NOTICE:- Current waiting panels of ex-servicemen JCOs and OR uploaded on this Corporation Website will be valid w.e.f. 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 and supersedes all previous waiting panels for these categories. - Himachal Pradesh Ex-Servicemen Corporation (HIMPESCO) is a Himachal Pradesh Government undertaking set up under The Himachal Pradesh Ex-Servicemen Corporation Act 1979 (Act No. 8 of 1980) as amended vide (Amendment and Validation Act, 2013) for the welfare and economic uplift of Ex-Servicemen in the State.
- HIMPESCO is empanelled with the Directorate General Resettlement, Department of Ex-Servicemen, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, New Delhi vide Empanelment number 2828.
- HIMPESCO is providing trained manpower and Security Personnel to various Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) as well as to the State Govt. Deptts./Semi Govt. Deptts./Boards/Corporations on “out sources” basis.
- HIMPESCO is exempted from the purview of Income Tax under Section 10(26BBB) of the Income Tax Act.
Registration
All the Ex-Servicemen desirous of seeking employment through HIMPESCO on outsource basis have to register themselves at Head Office Hamirpur on a registration form where all his original documents are checked thoroughly and after which a HIMPESCO registration number is given to each individual. Depending upon the requirement of manpower from Principal Employers, they are mustered and deputed on outsource basis.
